Thats a nice cake. The problem is that it rots and will start to look bad in a couple of days.

That is too cool! 8) And it looks fairly easy to make (albeit a lot of work) -- except for the flower. Maybe make a rhodantha? Those flowers would be a lot easier! :wink:
