maybe Mamm semperviva. Not sure on flower, pilbeam says yellowish flwoer, but some pics show color like yours.

Pilbeam says most in circulation are mislabelled, but yours looks similar to his pic re spines, etc, cept flower.

I also have thought that it is M.sempervivi , color of the flover is variable...but I am not sure is it that species..maby we need some mammillaria expert..

The flowers are more like Mamm. lloydii or even M. orcuttii, but going on the two spines, M. sempervivi is the likely candidate.
