3 flowers came out this morning and I count about 50 more flower buds on the way. Just a little over a year ago I planted this SINGLE pad in the ground...now look at it!

I was thinking Opuntia dillenii??

I thinks its O. Ellisiana, a look at new growth would make it easy to confirm.
