Thanks for the reply I just used a cactus planting soil i bougth at a local green house. I doubt whatever is growing in the pot with my LW seed has anything to do with the cacti, but if what you are saying is true, is it better to leave the fungus to grow, hope my seed germinates, then transplant it...

Thanks for the tip, but how do you know for sure the seeds have germinated? What signs should I be looking for? Little green bulb(s)? Buds of some kind? Thanks for the heads up, but is there anything I can do to preemptively strike at fungus? A fungicide or something?
