Uses of Cactus

Post by Charlesnv »

Hoodia gordonii has had a lot of publicity lately as it's use as an appetite suppressant in African tribe ceremonies, and therefore a modern use as a potential drug for weight control or for diabetes control. That is from the link mentioned in the prior post.
I'm taking Hoodia gordonii. It does work to reduce appetite. The price varies widely but I found the best net deal. The effects of the product can be over ridden by eating habits. Otherwise, it does help, but is not a "cure" for obese folks like me. I plan to weigh after using it for 30 days. I'll let the list know if anyone is interested.

it's funny that four years ago when i was trekking all the way from ninty mile beach to invarcargil, i hadn't any notice or care for cacti, i guess i will have to go back there-all the same.
