I'm not sure it is hard to germinate given good quality ripe seed. Unfortunately, without good quality ripe seed you may have to jump through hoops.

You got one at least. If that one came up in 2 days then hopefully the others will follow.

Out of ten seeds I only had one germinate and from memory I think it took a month to pop up.

Fortunately I grafted it onto a hylocereus stock and it took. Even had a growth spurt but then winter set in so I will have to wait till middle of Spring to see another spurt.
