That is a Sansevieria. I'm not sure what species, but John or Buck probably do.
All Cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are Cacti

Definitely Sanseveria. I'm not in town, think I have one with tag. Will let you know later this week.

Hi, I would have said Sansevieria pearsonii because of the darker stripes down the leaf, but cylindrica is also a possibility.

I agree with John that it probably is S. pearsonii, although my first guess was cylindrica.
