Ventura CA botanical gardens
Ventura CA botanical gardens
Full bloom at Ventura botanical gardens this is mostly way up at the top all the South African types. Proteas, aloes and ice plants and a bunch of other plants not sure what they are ? And the pacific ocean in the background with the channel islands possibly in view these pics had to be compressed quite a bit to upload. These gardens wind up a south west facing canyon .

Whoa! What a Cali state of mind. Beautiful views, and nice plantings as well.

Some Euphorphias I think this is Medusa head . I wasn't even planning to go there caught it just right for the ice plants.
