An Aylostera of the Mediolobivia group, formally included in Rebutia but now separated since DNA shows Rebutia and Aylostera ev0lved from different ev0lutionary lines. This would have been called a "Digitorebutia" at one time, a reference to the elongated finger like growth (digit = finger) rather than globular stems.

In fact most species formally included in Rebutia are in fact Aylostera's.

Looks like Aylostera (Mediolobivia) pygmaea. So called "lumpers" classify about 60 or 80 synonyms into this group.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.
