Help identify this strange succulent

So I've had this succulent for about 2 years now and always thought it was some sort of echeveria. However the weird part is is that it grows etoliated despite receiveing plenty of light. It also goes red when exposed to cold but is usually green by late summer.

Not that strange - looks like an Aeonium, maybe a variety of A. haworthii.

Yes, me too - that is a variety of haworthii, I just wasn't sure.

I don't believe this is any Aeonium. Much less A. Haworthii, or A. Haworthii 'Kiwi'. It lacks the marginal cilia of haworthii Kiwi. Looks more like an echeveria to me.

It doesn't have the toothed edges. It does have very small hairs on the leaves. Also I researched Aeonium and it says they are winter growers but this plant grows in spring/summer. I've added a few more photos of the plant.
