Plants Besides Cactus That Use 7-7-7 Fertilizer Ratios?

Cactus supposedly benefit from a fertilizer ratio of 7-7-7, whereas the typical succulent - and many plants - benefit from a ratio closer to 9-3-6. Which other plant genus benefit more from the cactus type fertilizer ratio? What about euphorbias, many of which look and act like cactus.
