Hello,
I got this crassula, it has a nice shape and would be worth saving. However, I am not sure what is the problem. Stems are firm, but all leaves are very soft with large brown areas:

At first I thought it was overwatered, but after some research I am not sure if it isn't some disease (I found some photos looking similar which were supposed to be depicting fungal disease).
Thank you for any suggestions.
