Tylecodon buchholzianus, but for some strange reason I seem to think somewhere in the back of my head that another plant looks rather similar, but I can't figure it out right now Some clearer pictures would give more certainty.

nope, more like Dorstenia gypsophila, but it doesn't have those black patches. I'm sticking to Tylecodon buchholzianus
