It is been a long old while since I last posted on this forum but it is good to be back. I am now living and working in Brazil and recently received two cacti as a gift which with my beginners knowledge of Cacatacea I am struggling to identify.

I wondered whether any of you fellow cacti afficionados might be able to help me out in identifying these new plants ?
The first plant I was told is of the Lophophora genus and is apparently a peyote (Lophophora williamsii) which it at least superficially appears to be given the very distinctive buttons.
I'll post some pictures of it below.
