Lithops in the tropics

I just bought a few lithops and I'm wondering if there are any tips on growing it in the tropics.

i keep mine in a well drained medium, and keep it as a cactus lol. so warm, uv-shaded, water weekly/every 2 weeks. and they survived the first year here :)

im in indonesia btw

Keep them dry. I’m in a very dry climate, don’t know the last time I’ve watered mine, over a month. Still looks like they’re ready to pop.
15F-110F. 14” annual rainfall. 8b. 3000’
