There is a Greek Cactus Nursery but don't know if they sell seeds. Usually you can get information by emailing their National Cactus Society or Club, but don't know if Greece has one. I think the Russians do.

Seeds are really no problem since they usually come easily through the post from anywhere in the world, therefore no need to get people to specially bring them back. It is plants due to CITES regulations that are almost impossible to legally import across borders for amateurs. Most seedsmen now take PayPal, therefore usually no problem converting currency.
