New succulent from Ma- Aloe maybe?
My ma got this succulent (one directly in the front middle) form Disney World and mailed it up to me as a nice little surprise. Thinking it's in the aloe family maybe? The braiding of it has me really unsure.

Sansevieria cylindrica. It's tough as nails, a very tolerant plant. The braiding of the leaves won't hurt it, but the ribbon should come off.

It will straighten itself out in a few months, according to sites that provide instructions for doing that, you can re-braid them if you want to keep them that way. I think the ribbon would cause damage if left on too long, though.
