Yeah. It's helpful to remember that most Cereus type of plants that people grow are just seedlings or cuttings of large trees. They rarely or never reach their true size in cultivation because it takes so long.

Where was the picture of that huge cactus taken? Mexico or South America? Is that an "organ pipe cactus"? Would you be willing to give me the scientific name of the plant?
Yes, I agree, this is a huge and pretty old plant. I would also guess, that it is over 100 years old. How tall would you guess it is? Judging by only the mass, it could well weigh more than a big saguaro cactus.

That’s a Pachycereus pringlei and will more than likely be somewhere in Mexico.

I wonder if I could shoehorn that into my 8'x8' greenhouse?

That's enormous.

Wow, looks amazing. Must be really old. I found this picture on the net with a really tall one. Looks incredible in my opinion. I saw similar one in Spain, next to my property for sale in Costa Blanca https://tranio.com/spain/costa_blanca/

This one looks like a Saguaro. The arms start further up the stem. They are usually greener and more heavily spined than P. pringlii. Hard to be certain from the picture.
The original picture could certainly be in southern Arizona as well, but most likely Mexico.
The arms on Organ Pipes start at ground level and have narrower ribs and inter-rib spaces.
Disclaimer: I'm in sunny Arizona, so any advice I give may not apply in your circumstances.
