Mesemb bench

Post by keith »

I made a new bench for Winter growing Succulents mostly conophytums. Most are still small but seem to be doing well. Many of the conophytums I brought from C&D plants and Cactus Specialties. Conophytums have flowered already and now they seem to be swelling up with winter rain and cooler temperatures. Summer they don't get much water and more shade. I have been covering them from rain last few months but some rain blows from the side. I think I have seed pods I did cross pollinate a few with pine needles. The purple flowering plant is a cheridopsis from Miles2go, pretty hardy plants.

Nice collection!
Looks like you can easily still fit in two times more plants of what you already have in that tiny space.

upload pictures. Lithops from seed and a dudleya from a stem cutting. This site runs very slow on my home PC.
