I bought it from an online shop. The shop photo has leaves. But when I receive it . It doesn’t haven’t any of them . And it should be green. But what I receive is gray. So, I don’t know if it is healthy. Does anyone has this plant and see that happen ?

I don't grow this species, but as far as I can tell, it's healthy, but has contracted because it's very dry. Maybe it's in it's normal winter dormant state now, and needs to be kept dry until spring?

Yes, it's ready for the Siberian winter. Here's a page that shows the seasonal changes: https://www.drought-smart-plants.com/orostachys.html
