Question about prepping for winter

Post by hengalli »

I have a succulent shelf outside that I am planning on building a cover for so it will be protected during the winter time. I live in zone 9b so I don't think the temperatures will get too low, and I have mostly echeverias. Do I need to put grow lights in during the winter as well?
Does anyone have any other tips for outdoor winter care?
Thanks!!

You don't need grow lights, if they are largely rain free then they should be fine.
