I wonder if that plant will adjust and revert to non-etiolated growth. Sometimes cacti do that if they are in the shade for a while.

haha I have a few that are getting so huge.. I think the rains this year were really soaked up by a couple of them. BTW that is a strange thing to see tho.. oops!
