Can I make a suggestion?

I've been kinda thinking, it would be nice to have somewhere to chat with other cacti enthusiasts in real time. Would something like a chatroom or a shoutbox be something that would be worth trying?

I suppose it would be. I personally haven't seen a real-time chat of any sort in a long time. Maybe everybody just uses their phones to text or FaceBook for that now?

I think that's mainly people who already know each other in real life. People definitely still use chatrooms. Some chats are slow-ish; others are so active that they're impossible to keep up with.
