OMG! Is that real? So desolate out there by itself. Flowers would look real nice on it! But there's no one around to appreciate them...

That plant might be at the base of a hill, at the edge of a large population of them. A forbidding spot, either way!

dunno, there was an Acacia that was growing in the middle of the Sahara all by itself thousands of KMs away from any other plants. It roots were deep, however a truck driver hit it and killed it. (sorta ironic that a drunk hit a tree in the middle of nowhere isn't it?)
