December - Creative Cacti re-visited
This has become a favorite among alot of members and gives you the chance to go completely off the deep end and create ANYTHING IMAGINABLE!
This requires a photo editing program of some sort and/or some creative thinking on your part.
The title says Cacti, but succulents are still welcomed.

Note:
Remember, along with each contest is a seperate thread for discussion and posting all your "other" pics, Click here

Prize:
To the winner goes, A $10 gift certificate towards any CoronaCactus.com purchase. (Plants, tools, Pots, labels, etc.)
NOTE: For members outside of the USA non-plant prizes can only be awarded.

Deadline:
for submissions will be Thursday December 30th, 2010

Here is my submission i took my telephoto lens of my dSLR and held it up to my camera backwards and it acts as a poor mans macro lens, you cannot control the aperture because it is not connected so you can only control the iso and shutter speed. the spider is barely a centimeter big on my rat tail cactus during the summer when it was hanging outside

Well, I don't have photo editing software, but I do have a lot of rocks and WAY to much spare time. :lol:

New habitat for Astrophytum, Ariocarpus, and select Copiopoas has been descovered with the plants growing in pure ice! :shock:
