This could be also Espostoa nana, but I'm not sure.
Btw, what is the foam around the bottom of the plant?

I thought E. lanata too but I could be wrong, since I am no expert with those

I think that isnt bubbles, i think its piece of ... something what is holding the cactus to stay???
