Cuda,
those flowers are nice. Are those soft or are they spiny?

Peter, You can feel the little bumps but the white hairs are soft.

It does well for us here as a ground cover. Delosperma echinatum. You should be able to grow it Peter, under some shade.

Does the flower color vary with these? Gona wait and see what color the flowers are on my other Pickle plant, whats funny is when i take it outa the GH to water it and let it sit outside for few hrs the flowers very quickly close up, when i put it back in the GH the flowers open right back up.. Such a tempramental succulent.. LOL!!! :D

Thats a real beauty Harry..

Hey Buck, I do have some shady areas that could use some color. I might have to see if I can pick some of those up.

Cuda, thanks. I figured that they were soft, but I wasn't sure :)

They are beautiful. I might have to delve a little bit into the succulent side of things and grow some of those :)

They bloom for 8 months or more here. A real nice ground cover.
