Glad to see you on the forum Martin!

Hope you feel comfortable jumping right in with the others here on any topics.

(Sorry, I don't post much in the succulent section, but there are a few OTC fans here.)

Hello Martin and welcome, Thanks for sharing the link, I've enjoyed browsing your pictures, your photography is just awesome, I particularly like your macro shots of stapeliad flowers and flies etc, they are superb.

Cheers, CP

Hi Martin, I can only reiterate what everyone else has said and I am delighted that we have somebody on board with a good knowledge of the Stapeliads. You are certainly living in the right place for them.

Hi Martin :D

Excellent web site, the photography is beautifull. I can't wait till my stapeliads bloom. I bought a macro lens kit for my digital this year and I want to take some closeups like yours.

Hi Franj,

Can't wait to see your fotos..! My collection is actually still very young, and most of my Stapeliads haven't flowered yet. I concentrate on Stapeliads, but I actually have a very large collection of succulents from all over Africa and Madagascar. This was how I accidentally stumbled onto Stapeliads.

You are very brave indeed, doing closeup photography on staps !!! I would have to use the 180mm macro lens and stand well back, or wear breathing apparatus :)

Reguardless of your methods, your results are outstanding. Your other sites could take a lot of my time, especially the film and animation and multimedia work. You are a true professional in your field.
