Is it acceptable to put plants under the staging in a shadehouse, I wonder? That's where I hide my sensitive plants in my greenhouse :)

I'm gonna beat a path in the lawn between hanging out in the SH and the GH ;)

You may be right, DW :shock:
2007 = shadehut

Your right on about the path, after about four months there was an obvious path through the grass leading to mine. I "fixed" it by putting down the pea gravel pathway, but its like walking on marbles, duh! :roll:
I would just start planning a nice, wide DG pathway I think. :wink:

Ian,
When space constraints exist, yes. :)
At this time of year, the angle of the sun actually provides good light. Plus they are being aclimated slowly as they were under the benches in the GH :roll:

Good one Andy. But I already have a lifetime membership 8)

Tony, where was that idea a month ago! I coulda accidently spilled gravel along a path when building the shadehouse. Dangit man! :D

Fantastic shots. I'm getting a serious case of Ariocarpus envy! :o

Anyway, that shadehouse looks like a place where a guy could spend a lot of time just observing. The pics of you guys placing plants really give the topic personality too!

I'd guess it weighs about 25lbs ?
Still not one to move very far ;)

We had already moved plants in before I remembered the ceremonial pics. But those were the first 2 in nice pots 8)

My greenhouse has been up for about a month and already the grass really shows were I walk! It's much shorter there than any where else. :lol:
