It's kinda funny that something so simple as a cactus blooming can make us fill like proud parents :D

Oooohhh, that's a pretty flower. :) Cacti sure have some of the prettiest flowers.

Cactusbutt-Bob,

What a great flower! I am awed by the beauty of cactus flowers. I have only been in cactus a little over a year and am waiting patiently for my first. This is my second spring with an opuntia from S. Dakota, but I didn't give it a rest the first winter. I think it is getting ready to flower this spring, that is if it ever warms up to spring like temperatures around here.
