Hi. Please let me know if there's a better place to post something like this. I bought this little guy at a local florist earlier this year.

Is this a cleistocatus? The shopkeeper wasn't 100% sure and that's the closest I could find in my Googling. For reference it's about three inches tall.

Also, that wonky looking tip, is that etoliation or something else? If I clip it and otherwise take good care of it will it eventually heal and regrow? Thanks
