Take a look at this Echinocereus. The flower I'm pointing to with an arrow has been wide open for 4 days. It doesn't close at night like the others either.

lol. Is it older than the other flowers? Maybe it just doesn't have as much energy in it anymore. I have a flower that won't open all the way. I'd rather it be stuck open, lol.

Yes, it was the first to open.

That's what I like one that stands apart from the crowd, one that can
really be itself and doesn't bow to peer pressure to conform... it is it's own flower!! and has been smiling for 4 days straight... it'll probably keep gong for a while yet.

Ok, that picture was from yesterday morning. As of this evening at 5:45PM, it is still wide open.
