Peruvian Apple Cactus- disease??

Hi there !

I’m new to this forum and to bring a cactus owner ! I just got a Peruvian Apple cactus and there are some weird spots and marking on it , does anyone know if it’s something to worry about and how I can fix it ?

Old wounds, maybe from cat's nails(?) etc, not fatal IMHO.
This Cereus peruvianus is very dried, it needs bigger pot for each plant and full sun all year round.

I looked at the first photo and thought the plant was having an MRI.

The chlorosis could be due to disease (or something else)
Los Angeles, California (USA)
Zone 10b (yearly minimum temperature 1-5° C)

Fishhook cacti are like cats, they only like to be petted in one direction
