Monstrose Opuntia monacantha. Somewhat etiolated at the top.

Thank you. Yes it is. Anything I should do about that or just let it do what it whats? Also it is in a container with a Fairy Castles & an Old Man, should I move it so it has more room?

This is a vigorous tropical species, but will probably need some afternoon shade in Arizona. I'd move them all to separate pots. There isn't any rush but the soil they're in is probably poor anyway. Don't overpot, just nicely big enough for the roots.
