Our road trip was to visit my daughter and son-in-law and a family friend. We had a short amount of time and a long way to travel. No major stops other than to visit. Six states in 7 days, 2700 miles. There were so many areas of interest it would have taken 3 weeks just to see some of the major areas; Grand Canyon, Yellow Stone, etc. What we did get to see was from the road. Nevertheless, still a nice trip to see some of Western United States.
I found this in UT when visiting my daughter, I think it was at a Walmart, I'm hoping it stays whine spine
Three hours from home we stopped to pick up a new family member. Cleopatra
Gone one week and left my son to take care of the garden. "Be sure to pick the squash and not let them get too big." His shoe is in the picture, he wears a size 11. At least he watered for me.

Re: Road Trip
Such a beautiful country, must be amazing to be able to drive that kind distance.
And as the walls come down and as I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade recalling all of the times
I have died and will die.
It's all right.
I dont mind
I dont mind.

Re: Road Trip
Great report and pictures. The Mojave desert pic brought back fond memories for me (despite the temp - I have become a "desert rat"). Somewhere around Yucca Valley maybe - or do you remember?
