Perhaps you should know I do not know diddly about succulents and only a little about my favorites, cactus.

It's a Euphorbia "cocklebur" or aka Euphorbia "japonica"
It's a cross of Euphorbia susannae and bupleurifolia. Though the base isn't turning brown yet like the one in the photo on the right. It's really nice looking though. Would love to have one like that

In the event that you decide you don't want to keep that magnificent plant, I am more than willing to take it off your hands... ;)

Yes indeed, in fact anywhere with that and the obesas in the back is cool with me. I wish I had such a nice nursery.

The creator of this plant says you're quite close. He'll post the name later today or tomorrow morning. I sure could not create something like this. I will also post another cross he suggested would be of interest for you ID guys.

Something like E. bupleurifolia x E. horrida? :P One parent is obvious, the other isn't so apparent.

Here's the cross name:

Mike owner of Snake Farm Cactus (aka graftedno1 elsewhere) says he crossed these:

Euphorbia Obesa (tall form) (female) X Bupleurifolia (male) = hybrid; It's not a mule!

Pics of parents to come.
