If it hasn't plumped up by now it has probably gone to cacti heaven and is hang out with all of my failed grafts.
Don't give up on this as a stock I have had a couple of fails but also have had a couple that have taken and are starting to put on new growth. I like the size of the stock as its a bit bigger than pere and I think it will last a bit longer as well from what I have observed with my mother plants I think it will fatten up as it gets older thus it should be able to hold a bigger scion.

Cheers

ok will wait a while- just to be sure the sicon dosent perfome a miracle!- I may just be a little optimistic but i think I see a little last minute growth!

If the sicon has died and gone to cactus heaven with all the other failed grafts could I use the rootstock again?
