i have this plant for 2 years and bloomed a few days back. i think its a kalanchoe.

The plant could be; I don't recognize flowers like these. That's more Crassula. Harry

I think that plant looks like a sedum. I don't recognize that flower, but it is sedum-like. Nice looking boom.

Yes, it's Sedum spurium.
