What Scion on what Stock - Pictures
This is the thread where we will show some result!
About one year of growth should give an idea of what type of growth you could expect on that stock.
Copiapoa dealbata FK 56 on Selenicereus grandiflorus; grafted 2009-07-12
In a 5 cm pot.
2010-08-21
In a 6 cm pot.
Grown under artificial light in the winter.

Here ya go Christer.
Copiapoa tenuissima monstrose pups(taken from the "cauliflower")all grafted on Echinopsis pachanoi
Grafted july 1, 2010
Image taken on july 12, just days after removal of electricians tape.
August 5, 2010 aprox. one month later.
Image taken Today, September 12 2010
Updated Fri Aug 26, 2011
Here are three more grafted in late august, 2010.
I did these in part of a grafting/vegitative propagation demonstration Buck, Darryl and I did for the Gates clubs september meeting, suprisingly it looks like they all took.
Here they are before removal of the bandages(electrical tape) in my green house in filtered sun covered with water bottles with the tops chopped off.
And with the bandages removed just this morning.
Udated #1, Fri Aug 26, 2011
Udated #2, Fri Aug 26, 2011
Notice I forgot to cut the taper on the sides of #3 and the top surface has remained much flatter.
I hadnt noticed this before so other than to remove an areole very close to the top to prevent offsets from growing close to the scion, I will skip that step from now on.
Udated #3, Fri Aug 26, 2011
