With the little rain we get here and my already busted budget, I'm just going with the simple plastic cover. I'll add something to angle the roof pitch and funnel it into a black trash can for storage. But ya a retractable roof would be cool and actually quite simple to make.
Yup, the WS is a Jenni plant had it for a few months now.
Yes, I will cloth the sides. I might have enough to double up from the benches to the ground or maybe use some lattice. I also have a bunch of left over 70% cloth but in various sizes. If I can make it look good pieced together I may go that route since I have it already. Stronger and denser than the 40% to keep out the critters.

BTW, the shadehouse is strictly spines. The softies are all in the greenhouse with the seedlings...
