New from Missoula

Hi,

I'm new here. I started growing cacti (and a few really weird succulents) when living in SE AZ. They did fine in Casper WY (had passive solar and they loved it). Now I'm living in Montana in a rental and the cacti aren't as happy. Are there any other cactusguide people in Missoula? It's nice hearing about people from Florida, CA and other cactus friendly places, but seems a bit like dreamland to me right now. . .

I like small cacti and tend to look for interesting patterns of spine growth (for instance Fibonacci spirals).

I don't think we do have any other Montana members, but plenty of members at similar latitudes that will be able to help you get your cacti doing their best.
