Last year, around the fall I believe, they put up several on their website but they sold out within hours, or at least faster than I could make up my mind on which species/localities to buy! Lol. Thats nutts. I didn't realiz...

Re: Bookshelf germination
Good luck! Your setup looks interesting. Maybe next time when you sow you could buy a sealable container to put the pots in. Is easier than those bags, I have discovered a few years back. I got transparant containers from Ikea, in which my little square pots fit very nicely and no hassle with bags ...

Re: Challenge for Tephrocactus / Opuntia enthusiasts
It does look a lot like Puna incahuasi and they could be the same plant... It might be interchangable.. I think Puna subterranea f. incahuasi is a totally different plant. It has soft spines. This is probably not the same for this Tephrocactus. You're probably right. When I Google Puna subterranea ...

Re: Looking for Opuntia lagopus seeds or cuttings
Definitely a neat species! I've also been looking for seeds or cuttings but no luck. My bets are that it's available in Europe, since they seem to have the rarer and/or more obscure species more readily available than here in the States. So hard to find! I’ve been looking everywhere. Tried looking ...

Worth $75?
Doesn’t specify species and I haven’t put the time in to looking. But does this seem like a good deal?
Edit: Got it for $50.

Re: Hana's cacti
G'morning Lactus, So beautiful. I love Ariocarpus fissuratus cv godzilla. Thanks for your comment. I knew this cultivar was existing but I could not get seeds by myself. My friend gave me some seeds and I sowed those seeds in 2018. He also gave me some seeds in 2019. I grafted young seedlings onto ...
