Good luck! Your setup looks interesting. Maybe next time when you sow you could buy a sealable container to put the pots in. Is easier than those bags, I have discovered a few years back. I got transparant containers from Ikea, in which my little square pots fit very nicely and no hassle with bags ...

It does look a lot like Puna incahuasi and they could be the same plant... It might be interchangable.. I think Puna subterranea f. incahuasi is a totally different plant. It has soft spines. This is probably not the same for this Tephrocactus. You're probably right. When I Google Puna subterranea ...
