Aside of E. oxigona that was filling with fragrnce whole my balcony even in the morning after a night of blooming , I have to mention the local E. vivipara. Its flowers spread rose scent at least 1 - 2 meters around it especially if the air is more less still.

Can be some Stenocereus as well. It is too young to determine.

The new growth looks like vegetative offsets. Buds of this one are Echinopsis type: sharp, back and hairy.
Assuming you live in northern hemisphere, I don't think this plant will bloom in October... Also looks more-little shaded along that wall.

This size of cacti is definitely easier to ship than 1 or 2 meter high plants. Do it in a cardboard box, wrapped with paper (bags), napkins and cotton between bare-rooted plants. Anticipate if your package would arrive before frosts if going to northern destinations.
