I guess I was fortunate with mine. The cuttings rooted quickly. All I did was stick them in regular potting mix.

In my search I found it as Rhipsalis. It could very well be Hatiora salicornioides. It also has yellow flowers while rhipsalis have white. Tony. These were a few small cuttings sent to me from Cali. Jeff, if your cymbidiums spike for you they must be happy where they are growing. Do you move them when they spike? They like the cool night temps, morning sun, or dappled sunlight throughout the day. The sudden changes after they spike could be the reason the buds blast. I've had to move them in w...
