Re: My Gymnocalycium baldianum x gibbosums
Your hybrid Gymno's are absolutely gorgeous!
I just collected pollen from one of mine and am waiting for the next to bloom.
But, I am pretty sure they are both the same species and won't create a hybrid.

Re: Schultz Cactus Liquid Plant Food
I always use Shultz 2-7-7.
It's good stuff. I usually only use it Bi- or Tri-waterly (every other or third watering) during the summer.
Almost all of my plants start to burst out some new growth as soon as I start using it.

Re: Latest edition.
Thats a pretty little Mammillaria elongata you got there! :) I just got two of them (with different spine colors). Yours also seems to be pupping quite nicely. I have had these before and I killed mine from putting it into too large of a container and overwatering. These will pup until they spill ou...

Re: Gymnocalycium ID ???
If I understand this right; My G. mihanovichii (that one who looks like lollypop and is now dead) wasnt even mihanovichii (because it had pink flowers) but was infact friderichii?! It sounds like it. I thought that I had a G. mihanovichii too. But, now I think that I just have four pink blooming G....

Gymnocalycium ID ???
I have several gymno's. Two that I know to be Gymnocalycium stenopleurum because they came from @Tony. On the main page for Gymnocalycium stenopleurum on CactiGuide it says that the flowers are white and that Gymnocalycium stenopleurum is a synonym for " Gymnocalycium mihanovichii var friedrich...

Re: aloe species
I would send you something; but, I think that there are import/export issues with shipping live plants overseas.

Ahah!
That my friend, is VERY good information.
I do plan to do some propagation with this.
It looks like a relatively easy propagator.

They both seem "soft" and bend relatively easily.

Yes, I held them side by side.
They are similar. But, they could be different.
I'll take a photo side-by-side.

Re: Fariy Castle?
Alright, I appreciate it!
I was thinking Cereus tetragonus 'Fairy Castle'. But, then I started to doubt myself.
I picked it up this afternoon with a couple other bits.
