Ok, we keep the inside temp at around 80 degrees during the day & we turn off the AC at night, so it might get to about 85 inside at night. I will bring them in & see if they do any better.

Alright, I will leave them shut from now on.

Where am I suppose to keep them? they are on the back porch, which is shaded & does not get direct sun. With the AC on, it would be too cool for them & none of my windows get enough light through them.

I had to re-pot some of my plants. They had gotten too big for the container they were in. As I was breaking the plants apart, I noticed these small black ants coming out of the planter, not a lot but some. Ok I check it today, it had good roots but a section of the stem was shrinking so I cut the stem & put in a new pot with fresh cactus potting mix that I made today. Gave it a little bit of water & moved it to a shady area. Hopefully it will do better.
