I'd say that's a real flower. Here is an article about fake cactus flowers: Cactus Flowers - Fake or Real? There are some cacti that only flower a couple of hours (like Selenicereus grandiflorus ) but there are others whose flowers can stay fresh for days.. I think your plant is a Gymnocalycium btw,...
