Yes, that is possible!
I did it also with some plants and it goes really fast!
But a friend of my tried to graft a variegated Leuchtenbergia tubercle and that doesn't work ..

Very nice results!
That Selenicereus is a very good graftstock!
In my opinion it's a better graft stock than Pereskiopsis, cause Selenicereus don't want 12°C or more, but 5°C is OK!
I use this graftstock a lot for seedlings!
