Re: What are your favorite pots for your Cacti?
I wish I had the space to use ornamental pots more often because it harkens to childhood (my dad would often make and use his own pots), but price and space is crucial so plastic and plain clay usually win. I save old pots for special plants. I also like cutting the bottoms from select plastic pots ...

Your pretty much correct there sir and I'm realizing more that that mentality does me no service . Talking to new people is often kinda worrisome but it turns out well usually lol. Will prob have another look at bcss again re joining as it does make sense.

Re: Euphorbia Esculenta seed source?
Also, any type of flowers would be agreeable as I haven't seen sight of seed plant or cuttings, just the other much more common medusoid euphorb (which are all beautiful too) but the heart settles on what it cannot find.

Re: Euphorbia Esculenta seed source?

Re: Seeking advice on remediation of damaged fasciated regions
Thanks, it's been updated. Location is Scottish Midlands. First plant: compressed 1.jpg Second plant: compressed 2.jpg . There does seem to be a new finger near the base of the first plant, so I may just have not noticed that development. The second I got damaged and its not really seen much seasona...

Seeking advice on remediation of damaged fasciated regions
Hello all, not much of a first post but I didn't have much reason to until now. Basically the issue is with two separate plants, one a cristate monvillea and the other a grafted euphorb lactea. The former has burn damage to the uppermost fingers of the crest which has corked since, the latter was a ...
