I have this plant since several months. I was thinking that it could be a Kalanchoe Sexangularis but the leaves are not so fleshy and now that it has some flowers they don't look correct. In nature it will break sooner or later. It is very long and unstable. It's the same with the children it grows. Some of them can fall easily and propagate. At least, this is my experience.
